Families, friends, relatives (even the "snakes" in the family!
), parents, witnesses... when I speak with the couple, they often say, "Oh, not *those* kinds of photos." They are interested in storytelling—in feeling the love and happiness flowing through the images. But in the end, I’m the one who insists: "Let's do the group shots; otherwise, you’ll find yourself missing them later when people ask for those photos." And it’s a good thing we do, because group shots capture a union of emotions—and if that isn't life... lives intertwining... That is exactly what group shots are: lives in unison within a single image, not just a souvenir snapshot.
